Should I turn off Airbnb Smart Pricing to use Wheelhouse?
If Wheelhouse Pricing is on, it should override your Airbnb prices, but we still recommend turning off Smart Pricing. Click here to learn more.
How frequently do you update my calendar?
If you decide to automate Wheelhouse Pricing, we'll update your calendar at least once a day, though depending on demand it can happen more frequently. You can also make manual changes, such as setting custom rates in which we'll make updates to your calendar for that too.
Can I disconnect my account(s)?
Of course. You can choose to disconnect specific accounts or delete your Wheelhouse account with the click of a button. We strive to meet (and exceed) your expectations, but understand when it's not the right fit and want to make that process as easy as can be.
